Buttle UK aims to continually understand the issues that children and young people in poverty face, what support they need, and how the support we provide can help them most effectively.

Our Impact

We regularly assess the impact of our grants for children and young people against our Theory of Change, to ensure we understand the ways our Chances for Children grants have helped. We can only do this by reaching out to frontline workers, parents/carers, and when possible, children and young people themselves, to gain an authentic and meaningful insight.

Research Reports

At Buttle UK, we are committed to conducting rigorous research on an ongoing basis to highlight the needs of the Children and Young People we support, demonstrate the impact of Chances for Children grants, and ultimately improve our grant giving.

Our Data – 360Giving

As part of our goal to be an accountable and transparent funder we are making data about our grant giving available for others to access and use. We are doing this using the 360Giving Data Standard.

NPC Local Needs Databank

We have been working with NPC and other charitable organisations to build a regularly updated and interactive databank, to help charities and funders understand the needs and services in their region.
