Collaborate with us
Over the next five years, we are committed to working with others across the voluntary, education and other sectors, to increase the power of our data and the voices of the children and young people we support
We are engaged in multiple collaborative research projects, including being active members in NPC’s collaborative Local Needs Databank. The databank draws together voluntary and publicly available ONS data to highlight need and demand for support for vulnerable groups across the UK. We are also amongst the first individual grantmakers to publish our data through 360Giving, a charity which helps organisations to publish open, standardised grants data to improve charitable giving.
We are keen to work with other experts to conduct research that can highlight the needs of children and young people living in poverty and experiencing crisis. This includes, but is not limited to, estranged young people, children who have witnessed domestic abuse, and children in kinship care. If you are an expert through lived experience and/or profession, and are interested in a research collaboration or hearing more about the research conducted at Buttle UK, please email jessied@buttleuk.org.

Our Data – 360Giving
As part of our goal to be an accountable and transparent funder we are making data about our grant giving available for others to access and use. We are doing this using the 360Giving Data Standard.
