Aniela Shuckburgh
Chair of Trustees
Aniela brings over 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector in both the UK and the US, with a career spanning leadership roles in youth and education-focused organisations. Her particular expertise lies in high-level strategic fundraising and development for major institutions, including Harvard Business School, City Year UK, and the University of Cambridge, where she was part of the senior management team delivering the University’s landmark £1 billion 800th Anniversary Campaign.
In addition to her new role at Buttle, Aniela serves as Chair of Magic Breakfast, sits on the Board of British Youth Music Theatre, and is a founding member of the Impact London.
Collective leadership team. She also volunteers regularly with Little Village Camden.
