The Head of IT & Data role is a hands-on operational specialist responsible for analysing, improving, and overseeing Buttle UK’s IT systems and business processes and will work across all departments to modernise how we work. The role will combine skills in business analysis, project management, and IT (with an interest in emerging tech such as AI) to deliver practical improvements and value for money in a secure way which directly enables the outcomes we deliver.
The role involves day-to-day oversight of all our IT tools in collaboration with team leads or consultants. They will lead key improvement projects such as process automation, system integration, data security enhancements), providing internal user support and training, and ensuring we have robust documentation and practices in place. The role holder will be motivated by knowing that improving internal operations will enable our team to deliver greater impact.
